Electrical planning here blinds/dimmers/cables

Hello forum,

I have 3 questions combined into one. Our builder has given us a proposal for the electrical planning. We are uncertain about 3 questions:

Roller shutter switches:
- Should we choose the switches each with a timer? Pros / cons

Dimmer:
- Should we choose the switches as "dimmer" versions? So far we have it in the living room. We are unsure whether it makes sense to equip every living area or only the living room?

SAT/Cable
- Telephone line will be laid, we also have a SAT system (2 ETW in the entire house). Is it sensible to have a cable connection installed? The preparations are just beginning. Are there any advantages? DSL is drawn via telephone anyway.

Roller shutter switch: more expensive with timer but high comfort ==> idea: normal switches on the roller shutter, central switch with timer Dimmer: significantly more expensive, is it actually used that often? Can also be retrofitted. Not suitable for almost all LEDs. SAT/Cable: Cable connection is an alternative to the telephone connection/DSL. Very cost-effective (at least Unitymedia), if you lay it directly with all other supply lines and also conclude a contract (e.g. telephone + DSL). We have both connections laid to be able to switch if necessary. In my opinion, too expensive for television.

Thank you very much. Regarding the cable, I am primarily concerned with DSL, as speed and an alternative to the telephone line are important.

That's exactly how we planned it as well. Although we have one central switch per floor.

Plan dimmers only in the living area and/or above the dining table to potentially dim the existing lamp and adjust to the given situation. We also have dimmers in the bathroom :) Elsewhere (child's room, hallway, etc.) I do not see the necessity in relation to the lamp or situation and costs.
