my installer wants to sell me the above system as a brine-water geothermal heat pump.
Do you know the system?

My framework data:

327 sqm living space, basement ground floor upper floor
Underfloor heating
Controlled residential ventilation
Kfw 70 standard according to Energy Saving Ordinance 2014
