Easy-care indoor plants

Hello,

I don't have a green thumb and watering flowers can sometimes be forgotten. I also hardly have any plants standing around at home. But now I want to bring a bit of "green" into the house. Can you recommend a few plants that can handle someone like me?

The post is quite old, but maybe there is someone currently interested in this question... :) So, of the plants I have, I would classify green lilies, orchids, and cardboard palms as easy to care for. I find cardboard palms particularly beautiful , they don’t need much light and don’t mind if you forget to water them once in a while... :)
