Earthworks costs, hillside house

I don't like the word basement. Heating, musty, dark, junk room. It can be a normal living floor. Creatives also pushed a basement under the house for us and the model city villa on top. Nice residential tower Raising the property is just as botched. Only if the budget with the estimate of additional costs is not enough should you not argue. Hands off, it is not affordable

I don't like the word cellar.

Wine cellar, vaulted cellar - I can relate to that. But not in my new build.

Not in a new building, where the builder has to plan cost-consciously. Such a wine cellar also needs to be filled.
