Duration confirmation after KfW implementation

Hello everyone, luckily I already signed my construction contract in July 2021. However, everything has been delayed so much that I cannot meet my deadline for the billing period. The billing period is October 31, 2023. The next one is not until 2 years later. How long does it currently take for KfW to approve the application? Or does the submission date count, or simply the day they process it? Otherwise, unfortunately, I would have to pay interest for an additional 30,000 euros for 2 years for nothing.
