esteemed forum members,
Our project is slowly taking shape and we are in negotiations with two final companies for a turnkey semi-detached house, which is being financed by my father and me. I will live in one side, the other side will be rented out directly.
Briefly about the project:
- Approx. 140 sqm living space per side
- Approx. €300,000 costs per half
Now the next step is approaching, financing and subsidies:
How would you do it? We wanted to contribute approx. €200,000 equity and finance the rest, and of course fully utilize possible subsidies.
