Drinking water ring line regulation?

Hello everyone,

is there a regulation whether a single-family house (in BW) must have ring circuits or not?
unfortunately, I haven't found anything specific about this on the internet.

Ring circuits are normally not a must, except if you want to prepare certain areas but do not yet have a consumer. In that case, you need to install a ring circuit. Hot water in the ring is desirable anyway, because otherwise it takes forever for hot water to arrive. That is a comfort I never want to give up again. Otherwise, you need to be a bit more precise about why and how you are coming up with the ring circuit now.
