Drawer damper RATIONELL

unfortunately, I need your experience with this annoying topic.
I recently bought a used Faktum kitchen and urgently need dampers for the full-extension drawers. However, we don’t know whether it is a Rationell I/B or H unit. I would be very grateful if you could help me choose the correct dampers – attached is a photo of the rail system.
