Hello everyone,
I know remote diagnoses are difficult, but I'll try my luck.
We moved into our new house in August. Since last week, we have noticed that a drain pipe in the basement is damp and dripping.
After our gas-water installer has checked twice, unfortunately, we still can't find a reason for this.
At first, we tried to find a leak, but no matter how much we flush, shower, or turn on water, the moisture does not increase or decrease (which is at least good).
His assumption now is condensation water forming from the exhaust pipe in the bathroom (this is on the 1st floor in the bathroom directly next to the drain pipe). It should be mentioned that we have not yet plastered the outside, and the exhaust pipe is open to the outside.
In terms of quantity, we collect about 0.2 liters of water dripping into a Tupperware container over 3 days.
