Hello,
what do you think of my first draft? We are currently still discussing the following questions/points:

Location:
5m are drawn to the street side (west side), but more would be possible (sensible)

Windows/Doors:
Front door recessed about 0.5m inside (weather protection)
Living room south side: tilt-and-turn or fixed glazing
Living room west side: floor-to-ceiling (parapet height like south side)?
Living room door to terrace: yes/no
Kitchen door to terrace: yes/no
Completely remove passage between hallway and kitchen
Narrow or low window height in kitchen because of wall cabinets

WC:
Additional shower in the ground floor bathroom, for that the utility room smaller

Garage:
Garage with roller door or double carport

Heating:
Heating of pantry and utility room

Terrace:
Size of the paved area

Hello, I would convert this "empty" corner on the ground floor into living space. You will definitely benefit more from that.

The staircase with 12 risers of 23.3 cm each and a tread depth of 16.1 is NOT ACCEPTABLE at all and many things will fail because of this. Here are a few typical staircase layouts with the required dimensions:

Well, I think there is still more to discuss: - the kitchen is indeed quite large, but very difficult to furnish. - I would make a door to the terrace, but not in this position. Slide it so that at least 65 - 75cm remain on the wall side. Leave the door to the hallway and definitely keep the pantry unheated (supplies usually need to be cool) - bedroom: difficult to furnish. - I actually like the covered terrace itself. But for you, it is useless. You can't put anything under it without blocking your way outside. There are certainly more sensible solutions. - I would also be interested in the living room furnishing. I fear it could become an obstacle course. - I assume the wardrobe is opposite the stairs. I find the path from the door quite far. You first have to trudge through half the house with dirty shoes. No offense, but there is still a lot to do. However, I already find the basic structure good. You can keep working on it.

... and the views are also somewhat unexciting. Window arrangements should/could be improved, but that also has something to do with the furnishing options, see s post. The covered terrace looks like a hole to me, a piece of the house is missing there.
