Hello,
we have windows from the company Brömse, with which we are very satisfied. Now we want to install an insect screen on a double-leaf balcony door with a mullion on the main side outside. The secondary leaf is almost always closed. However, the mullion on the secondary leaf is recessed by 15mm. We want to install a swing insect screen door and I would have to glue the magnetic closure strip onto the mullion for this. This creates a gap that needs to be bridged. Since the mullion is not flat but slightly rounded, I am now looking for a type of plastic rail (15mm thick) that I can glue there. Can anyone give me tips on where I can get something like this? (Brömse themselves only refer me to the specialist dealers, but the nearest specialist dealer is 1-1.5 hours away by car).
