Door handle brass bronze copper

Hello,

we still need to choose door handles for the new building.
Most door handles and hinges are silver/stainless steel/chrome/aluminum in color and/or material.
I would prefer something with a warmer tone.

Does anyone have experience with door handles made of brass or bronze?
Polished brass looks too bright or gold-colored to me, but maybe it darkens naturally over time?
Some of these metals are blued or lacquered or waxed... I have no idea about that. Could some of these treatments perhaps also be a health concern?

I am also happy to receive specific door handle models or company recommendations. (Is this allowed here?)

Thank you ! Yes, I already see some in brass. "Ultra brass" :D I haven't figured out what that is supposed to mean yet. Do you guys have brass handles from them yourselves?
