Hello,
I assume you mean swapped top and bottom panels? You should be able to remove the nails again with a nail puller, even if the back of the rear panel might suffer a bit. Alternatively, carefully tap out the rear panel from the inside of the cabinet at the nailed spots with a wooden block underneath. If the rear panel can no longer be removed without damage, simply have a new rear panel cut to size at the hardware store (hardboard).
