Does the heat pump need to be installed, 5.5m for €999 justified?

our air heat pump must be relocated according to the architect. For this, a minimum distance of 11.89m (radius calculated) is required at night.

Now the construction company has given us a cost estimate of €999 for a 5.5m displacement. The pump is to be moved from the left side of the house to the middle in front of the house.

Is the price justified?
