Hello everyone, I bought an apartment. Garden construction from the 70s. I have the feeling that the screed is working. Is that possible, let's say, within 1 hour? I know that screed also expands but not within such a short time, right? I have a vinyl design floor with click system. It cost 25 euros/sqm. And I installed everything correctly, with expansion joints everywhere, I left everything to rest for several days before installation. Now it is so that several times a day the floor suddenly becomes uneven and gets some kind of bulges. Does anyone have an explanation?

What does one have to do with the other in your question?

Maybe the gap is too small at one corner? I often see that the distance on the walls is sufficient, but at the door frame it was pressed tight.

That is definitely not normal. My parquet floor was completely glued down, lies like a dream.
