I have no direct contact with this company, only a colleague. This company Machowiak comes from Poland and the stairs are also manufactured there. These stairs are made of wood and that does not fit into every house. I doubt that these stairs will be installed with us.
I also searched for stairs and Machowiak stairs are actually not a known term among craftsmen. Nobody knows them here and the internet search was unsuccessful. :(
Better to leave them alone then. These stairs are made in Poland and someone installs them here. Then they disappear, and if there are problems, they are no longer reachable.
