we would like to buy the left house A and it has no garden. We have agreed with the owner of house B that we could purchase a part of the garden. How should we proceed here and is this even possible in BW?

I assume that your simplified sketch does not represent essential aspects. The access road is presumably at the bottom of the plan. If your drawing were "correct," this would mean that the "house A" 2. would only have one side with windows facing its own or public land, 3. its rear windows would border the neighbor's garden, and 1. it would cover its property with a floor area ratio of 1.0. I do not believe at least the latter and agree with the assumption ...

This might be a case of an ideal division.

Show us the site plan from the Geoportal with the parcels. The way you have drawn it is, in my opinion, not realistic.
