Hello,
I have a question about how the distance to the property boundary must be.
So far I understand that if you want to build a house measuring 10 x 10 meters, the property must be at least 16 x 16 meters in size in order to maintain the 3 meter distance. Is that correct and unchangeable? Or can you, for example, build closer to the street front or closer to a forest area if the house is, for example, on the left side next to a forest area?
Best regards
