Distance from countertop surface to wall cabinets?

Hi,

my countertop end height is 93 cm, I have wall cabinets that are 80 cm high (each with 2 flap doors that open upwards). Additionally, I have a tall cabinet (oven/microwave) that is on the mirrored side of the kitchen and should be 220 cm high.

Question:
1) how large should the distance be between the countertop end height and the wall cabinet?
2) are the 8 cm legs added to the tall cabinet - so 228 cm total height?

For question 1, I would assume 55 if the tall cabinet has a total height of 228 cm. Could I also go down to 48 cm or is that impractical?

1) It mainly depends on the height and what is supposed to stand under the cabinets or hang on the wall.
