Good day,

We are currently trying to understand the construction description of a semi-detached house. Can someone explain to me whether the disposal pipe that ends 0.1m outside the building edge still needs to be connected somewhere? To me, that sounds like it and might be extra costs, right?
It would be great if someone had an answer for me

Yes, these still need to be connected.
Most of the time, they are own contributions.

Great, thank you very much for the quick response. The costs are probably still related to the removal of the connection, right?

Common practice of many [GÜ's]

The costs depend on many factors. Not necessarily only the length, but of course that is a major driving factor.

How do I find out how many thousands of euros I have to expect? Is that even possible?

You have to check with your supplier what regulations they have and what is mandatory, and then it depends on what you can do yourself and what you have to have done. Then inquire with any random civil engineer or some landscaping company about their prices.
