Today, the employee of BG Bau informed me that he wants to visit me. I immediately declined. I thought I’d put a sign on the door: "Thieves, robbers, employees of chambers and cooperatives, as well as other parasites must unfortunately stay outside!" What do you think? He wants to travel here especially in February. I don’t necessarily have to let him in, right? All of this can be discussed outside anyway. Hopefully it will snow and storm!

Yeah yeah, employees of [Kammern] and cooperatives are called parasites until suddenly you have to make use of their services.

Besides, what do you have against having [Arbeitssicherheit] on your construction site checked? The [BG] exists to prevent work accidents and occupational diseases and to help the injured party in case of damage. It does not exactly reflect positively on you that you apparently are only reluctantly willing to grant the workers on your construction site this service. Aside from that, the disparagement is not exactly a courteous manner!

Compulsory membership because there are people like you...

I doubt that the people there have to tolerate insults from you.

My advice. Let the guy in and that’s that. Be glad he even announced himself. If you remain stubborn, unfortunately the guys hold the upper hand. They have general powers of attorney like the GEZ. If they don’t believe you that you have no construction helpers, you have to prove it. Just classify the minimum contribution as "unavoidable incidental construction costs." You’ll manage the 100 €. I was also annoyed because I had additionally taken out a construction helper insurance. So I had to pay twice since the BG Bau contacted me very late. But in the end I paid the 100 € for the handful of helper hours I had. However, for turnkey constructions, the fee is nothing more than modern highwaymen.

I also don't care whether you understand the purpose and tasks of the chambers/cooperatives, or whether you even have to understand them. What really annoys me here, however, is when institutions and especially their employees are publicly equated with thieves, robbers, and parasites! That is disrespectful!
