Hello

So, now it's my turn...

The plan is a shed roof bungalow for 2 people, with a roof pitch between 3 and 5 degrees, so rather flat, in order not to exceed 3 m too much in the living room with a ceiling height of 2.6 m in the entrance area.
Living, sleeping, office/guest, and bathroom face southwest. Here, a façade made entirely of glass (similar to the H_F house) is possibly planned across the entire width of the house.
On the northeast side, a garage measuring 9.0 x 7.0 is planned.
The floor slab is firmly planned as an energy-saving slab with concrete core activation and is to be ground and polished before the house is erected.
Heating will be provided by a pellet stove in the living room as well as solar thermal energy and a buffer storage tank.

I am posting the floor plan and would appreciate both positive and negative feedback.
Looking forward to an engaging discussion.

Off-Topic: I find the comparison with a conventional slab foundation on the website for this slab foundation interesting. In one picture, they simply leave out all the insulation for the conventional slab foundation and then claim - Oh! Oh! - that all the heat escapes into the ground.

Elsewhere, they highlight in bold a U-value twice as high for the conventional slab foundation. However, the insulation that is half as thick is not highlighted in bold.

Well, to each their own slab foundation that they like.

Is there a basement? I would advise against carrying those things through the house by the sackful just to heat with them. 5° is more of a flat roof and not a shed roof. The floor plan appears solid.

Hello again

sorry the attachment is unfortunately not very clear; it is just a pencil drawing.
The exterior dimensions are 10.0 x 20.0 m plus 9.0 x 7.0 m garage.

No, there will be no basement.
In a previously owned house I carried about 3.5 t of pellets into the house annually for 10 years and did not find it problematic. In the new building I assume max. 2.0 t.
A small interim storage is planned behind the stove. There will also be a conduit for a later automatic filling.

I know the floor slabs from my professional experience and can assess the promotional content.
Features that speak for this in my construction project include, among other things, that after sanding and polishing I have a seamless floor in the house, a lot of thermal mass and no water when bringing in the screed.

I don’t quite understand the slanted exterior wall. It probably exists so that you can get out of the kitchen.. I could imagine the exterior view looking quite strange. What kind of roof is the garage supposed to have?

Kitchen, the position of the fridge etc. seems a bit inconvenient for quickly grabbing a drink. Otherwise very inconspicuously integrated.

I have no idea about pellet heating etc. Is the space sufficient for the mentioned buffer storage? Is it for hot water or is hot water then provided via a boiler (colloquial)? Is there enough space for the house connections in the utility room?

Remember that you also get older and at some point may not want to just casually carry the 20 kg bags back and forth anymore - but yes, theoretically it should still be possible (you have the experience)
