Hello everyone
I also have a question for the experts here. Recently, I bought a plot of land and am now thinking about how my home should look. I noticed that in this damn development plan my roof orientation is fixed and as unfavorable as one can imagine, especially considering that nowadays almost everyone wants to install solar panels on their roof, but if the roof surfaces are oriented to the east or west, it is really unfortunate if a high efficiency is to be achieved, which is important for everyone. My goal would now be to act against the development plan and rotate the roof by 90°, but I think this whole thing won’t be that simple since several houses on this street already exist that did not consider the installation of a solar system and therefore did not care about the orientation.
Has anyone of you had this problem and were you able to reach an agreement with the building authority in your favor and if so, what arguments did you use?!?!?!
Thanks in advance for your hopefully active participation.
