Development costs per meter in Tübingen

we would like to build a single-family house on our still undeveloped property at the back and are currently gathering information about the additional costs.

Is it possible to state the connection costs (i.e. electricity, water, telecommunication) per meter?
We are about 30 meters away from the street, where the lines presumably are.
Can you say here, in total it costs you this many euros per meter?

I found a value of 1000 euros per meter on Google + each connection costing 20,000.
That would put me at 50,000 euros.
Is that a realistic value?

Phew okay ... and was there an additional charge for docking, connections, etc? Not at the house, but at the utilities? So what I mean is ... for example:
- The house is directly on the street and is connected for 20,000 euros
- The house is 30 meters away --> Is it then connected for 30,000 + 20,000 euros or for 30,000 in total?

I’m leaning toward the latter, but have 1-2 offers made for you on this, because it varies not only from federal state to federal state, but also from company to company, even if both originate from the same district.
