Hello,

we currently have some minor disagreements with our developer, and to avoid the next one, I would like to clarify one thing in advance:

It is about the following:

According to our building description, floor tiles are included at a material price of €25 per square meter in the following rooms:

Kitchen, hallway, utility room, bathroom, WC, and WF.

Can someone tell us what WF stands for?

We have also agreed on €30 per m2 for all rooms where no floor tiles are planned. For us and the discussions, it is therefore essential to know what WF could stand for.

Thank you very much and best regards,
Sarah

Hello Sarah,

You have obviously planned a small room, separated from the rest of the ground floor, behind the front door. This room is called Windfang - abbreviated as WF on the ground floor plan and in the building specifications.

Rhenish greetings
