Developer/architect binding

I am currently looking at various properties and came across the following term that unfortunately is not listed in the dictionary here.

Bauträger-/Architektenbindung is used in connection with the word "ohne" before it.

Can someone help me with this?

Hello, that means you can choose your architect and the construction company yourself.
