Determine the living area according to the living area regulation, not according to DIN or others

Hello everyone,

I would like to know how the following rooms are counted towards living space according to Wohnflächenverordnung:
- Attic: Do I understand correctly that an unfinished attic is not counted towards living space? If the attic is finished, would rooms explicitly designated as attic still count?
- Hobby room: I have read that this counts as half or not at all, regardless of light incidence.
- Balcony/terrace: I have read that these count as 1/4 to 1/2, elsewhere that they may not be counted at all.

I am explicitly concerned with the calculation of living space according to Wohnflächenverordnung, not according to DIN or other methods.

That depends on the state building code, I suppose. There are minimum requirements for living rooms defined, right?
