Deposits on the sewage pipe, section-wise, in the basement

Hello,

what could be the cause of these bloomings on a section of a sewage pipe? It is a multi-family house that is only 14 years old.

At another spot this has happened before, a hole simply formed there, but no one can explain what causes it.
