Dennert solid house (concrete construction) - A good alternative?

We would like to build with a prefab house provider. Since one floor has to be built into the slope, a solid house would be our first choice.

1. Who has experience with Dennert Massivhaus? I have only found little about it in the forum?

2. This company offers prefab houses made of concrete (modular construction). However, the concrete exterior walls are only 10 cm thick, the rest is insulation. Isn't that a bit too "thin"? What do the structural and construction experts say about this?

Follow the links "Ähnliche Themen" under your post. If I remember correctly, this manufacturer is "praised" for a rather low flexibility in changing their basic floor plans (but otherwise makes a decent impression on me).

Solid and "finished" doesn’t have to mean concrete, there are also several suppliers of prefabricated houses made from aerated brick wall panels.
