Demolition costs for 90m² (attic + ground floor + basement); rough estimate?

I want to acquire a property (small house on a small plot). To be able to estimate whether it is worthwhile, I would like to know what demolition costs (including disposal) I can expect for the house approximately.

Hello Michael,

this year we had a house from the 1950s demolished in BaWü.

Exterior dimensions 7 m x 8 m, 1.5 stories, fully basemented.

We received offers ranging from EUR 10,000.00 to EUR 35,000.00 – each demolition including disposal.

In the end, we decided on a provider from the neighboring town – the invoice amounted to just under EUR 13,500.00 (including disposal of 6 night storage heaters).

Therefore, I can only recommend that you obtain several offers and examine them very carefully – it is best to have a specialist review them. In some offers we had cleverly hidden, concealed costs.

From our experience, it is advisable to agree on a fixed price.
