What do you want to hear from us now?

Both solutions are practicable and feasible...

Thanks for the answer

I would like to discuss the pros and cons of both solution options.

For example,
also hear experiences that forum participants have had with one of the solutions.
What to watch out for.
Or hear from experts which solution they would prefer for what reasons.

Hello,

This topic has been discussed very intensively in the past weeks – take a look in the relevant forums or use the search function. I can well imagine that users are currently somewhat less inclined to go over this topic again.

Kind regards

Usually it turns out that there is nothing better than the solution the respective contributor has decided on! ;-) Sometimes there are arguments until "blood is shed" ;-)
Honest statements like "I screwed up back then.." are like finding a needle in a haystack and are much more valuable than the usual flattery of one's own ego!

That usually requires a sufficient basic investigation and dealing with the data situation of the individual necessities. That means effort and ultimately costs, which of course nobody wants to pay.

For every pot, the individually suitable lid can be found, but a certain effort=cost is required for this.
The range of various lids is almost endless! ;-) It becomes difficult to find the right fit if you don’t actually know how big the pot is! ;-)

Best regards

Hi,

these two threads were meant by Bauexperte:

Here the pros and cons of the respective system models (without referring to a specific system) were discussed openly. I found the discussion very insightful, as reservations and prejudices could be cleared up (also on my part). However, this discussion refers more to new constructions. How specifications affect an existing building, I cannot say.

Otherwise, €uro said it well: The contributors often vehemently advocate for their model (as far as they have had positive experiences and are therefore convinced of it).

Thanks for all the contributions!

I have already informed myself extensively and am still undecided between a central system per apartment and individual units.

Opinions remain opinions, of course, but they are valuable in order not to fall into a "trap."

With us, you can see more and more decentralized ventilation systems at the air inlet and outlet openings in the facades of the new buildings.

One question about the decentralized ventilation systems (see picture in the opening post):

How would you realize the ventilation for the bathroom (which has no WC) and the WC?
The kitchen and living room could be ventilated through one device, since the door between them is usually open.
A device would also be necessary for the bedroom.

Please only contributions that go into technical details, no general posts like the one from, for example, 12/11/2013, 11:35
