Damp rooms and mold after insulation?

Hi, I plan to give our house a nice exterior wall insulation (have it done). However, I have already read on several websites that many people who did this later had problems with moisture in the rooms. Because the company I wanted to hire said it was no problem at all. But somehow I don’t really believe them that easily. Has anyone had experience with this, or am I just being too critical?

In any case, the walls should be checked for moisture before insulation. If they are already damp, the moisture will also penetrate the insulation and everything will have been for nothing. Then there is no other solution than to have the walls dried beforehand, otherwise mold will form. So it is better to clarify this in advance than to experience an unpleasant surprise.
