Hello. Our shell construction is now finished and the roof is on it. During the final phase of the shell construction, it rained repeatedly and several rooms have or had 1-2 cm of standing water. Also, the walls in part (Poroton masonry) are damp. Maybe water has also entered the hollow spaces of the bricks. Does all this dry out by itself? Interior plaster is scheduled in about 3 weeks and screed in about 6 weeks. I also took photos.

It's completely normal - set up dehumidifiers and remove moisture. Interior plaster only when the residual moisture is below the manufacturer's specifications. Talk to your site manager - it's basically everyday life on the construction site.

A dehumidifier only makes sense once [Fenster und Türen] are installed.

Oh.
How long does such a dryer have to run then?

Flowing screed for me was 6m³ of water.... that brings quite a lot of moisture into the house.... Until it all is out - 2 to 5 years. Residual moisture wall plaster, screed and base slab. I'm also not a fan of drying devices (high electricity costs) and a "move-in date 4 months after the base slab.." Better to leave it a little longer (without insulation, of course).

I don't see any real water damage there - I wouldn't worry about it at all. Still, address the tradesmen about whether this is okay and good for them.
