Hello I want to install the wall cabinets in my kitchen up to the ceiling, or rather, the crown moldings should align with the ceiling. According to the installation instructions for the crown moldings, they must be screwed onto the wall cabinet from above. How can I accomplish this if the wall cabinets are mounted at the very top? Is it possibly also feasible to install the crown moldings from the front? Regards Section Chief

Something has already been mentioned elsewhere about ventilation. If there is no space at the top, you only have the option to screw through from inside the cabinet. The screws will be visible and you can only use cover caps or conceal them with adhesive foil. But who actually looks there? With display cabinet doors, the screws should be out of view. You may need to check that beforehand.

Thank you, Ikea expert! I would never have thought of screwing the crown moldings from inside the carcass. Although, you can only see the screws when the cabinet door is open, right? I can live with that, they just shouldn't be visible from the outside/front. Best regards Section chief
