Hello everyone,
we are currently planning to buy a plot of land, and later the little house will follow. My wife is currently on maternity leave.

The following conditions:

- Equity: 10,000€
- Monthly net income (without child benefits): approx. 3100€
- Monthly max. possible loan repayment: 1200€
- Additional costs: 300 - 400€

Planned is a single-family house on a 450m² plot (110,000€, no broker fee). The plot is fully developed and the price also includes the surveying costs.

The house should have a floor area of approx. 130m² plus a basement. According to our current planning, we will need about 300,000€.

Credit rating is OK! Currently, no other loans or similar are running.

The equity is too low, I know. ;) But is financing still possible?

Hello Seppl,

yes, that fits.

The monthly installment for the 100% financing you planned with 290,000 EUR is almost exactly 1,260 EUR.

I have already taken into account loan funds from [Kfw (Wohneigentumsprogramm)].

Please feel free to contact me if I can assist you with this.

Best regards

M. Thiemann
