Hello,

I am receiving a credit of about €5000 from my developer for the flooring (50 sqm tiles + 50 sqm laminate) approximately 100 sqm.

Should the €5000 be applied to the 100 sqm vinyl flooring (about €30 per sqm + craftsmen + moldings...etc)?
Is the credit okay like this?

Thank you very much?

Yes, that's not bad at all... seems to be fair

This will be tight. It also depends on whether it should be glued or as a click version with additional impact sound insulation...

A click variant is desired; there is already a good option for 30€/sqm, which makes 3000€ material costs, and 2000€ should be enough for moldings, foil, craftsmen... etc., right? Can/may the click variant be laid directly on the screed?

With or without straps? With straps, you definitely also need foil underneath.

2000€ for installation seems outrageous to me, especially with click!! Skirting boards and foil surely don’t cost that much money and such a click vinyl is quickly installed. Especially if you have experience. Whether you still need foil underneath, I don’t know. I’ve already seen several click vinyl floors sold ready to lay, meaning nothing had to go underneath. But maybe it was also assumed that laying the foil goes without saying... €: I just googled what flooring installation costs. In fact, prices of 15-30 per m² seem to be normal. Wow, I can only say. I think I have to start a small business as a floor layer.
