Hello community,

in our preferred property, a planning mistake was made in the guest bathroom.

The house connections are located "in" the shower. You would need to access them at least once a year. The opening is about 1m x 0.6m in size.

Currently, the hole is covered with a plastic sheet (as can be seen in the picture).

What creative ideas do you have for adding something nice and waterproof that does not have to be permanently installed?

We thought of a folding bathtub screen with an opaque frosted glass look. But unfortunately, then you cannot access the shelf.

Thanks

There are special access panels for the shower. If you enter the words Reviklappe and waterproof into the search engine of your choice, you will find results immediately. Please remember that the rubber seals need to be maintained from time to time.

Thank you, but the largest I found are 60x60. I would then need a custom-made one.... had hoped for a cheaper solution.

They are also available in larger sizes, just call a manufacturer. Do you need them that big? Or wouldn’t it be easier to make the hole smaller?
