Hello, I am completely new to the forum. I am buying an apartment from the developer. Next week I already have the notary appointment. My house (multi-family house) will only be built in 2 years. Other multi-family houses are being built on the construction site by Bonava (formerly NCC). A few days ago, I was really shocked because you could see cracks in the walls made from precast hollow core elements in the basement, which were pressed through joints and metal rivets. The developer said that this is normal and the cracks can occur. What do you think? How dangerous is it? The house is not yet built and has not settled yet, and already there are cracks. Although it is not the house in which my apartment is, it worries me if the developer works like that.
