Costs of tiling, painting, vinyl flooring installation

We are doing turnkey construction but have had some items removed from the package and want to either subcontract them ourselves or, if necessary, (at least the painting and vinyl flooring) do them ourselves. So far I have received two offers from a Polish and a Romanian craftsman team respectively, and both were identical + in my opinion quite overpriced. Can anyone give me a guideline per sqm for affordable companies? As mentioned, it does not have to be a German master craftsman company; it can be a janitorial service or a Polish team, but the price must be right. These are the items where we wanted to save compared to our construction company, and we would rather not do the work ourselves (we are professionally very busy).

When we inquired everywhere back then (at exhibitions, fairs, and stores), we were quoted sqm prices for installation that were almost as high as the price of the material. On top of that, VAT would be added. In the end, we installed the carpet and parquet ourselves.

That mainly depends on quantity, material, and color.
