Costs of a structural engineer, demolition confirmation, reasonable?

Hello, I got a fee quote from a structural engineer. But I think it is a bit too expensive. 5000 euros net for inspection, demolition confirmation, formwork and reinforcement plans, and structural safety certificate. I could also be mistaken. Object: Residential house with ground floor to top floor, no basement, free-spanning ceilings over 6m.
