Costs for the preparation of a performance specification

Hello dear people,

does anyone have an idea of how much the creation of a [Leistungsverzeichnis] is allowed to cost? We will soon be building a Swedish house and possibly want to have the [Leistungsverzeichnis] created by the engineering office and then use it to obtain offers for the trades ourselves.

The costs are specified by HOAI service phase 6.

Simply state the chargeable costs, possibly include 5% incidental costs, and then you get the exact amount.
