Hello,

I would like to know what the aforementioned trade cost you with which equipment. An indication of the percentage share of the total house construction costs (excluding land, excluding ancillary costs, as well as specifying the standard and whether with basement or without) would also be nice.

I am actually building with a general contractor, but the responsible subcontractor unfortunately backed out. Now I am expecting a credit offer and don’t really have an idea of what is fair.

The standard I signed includes the following:
Air-water heat pump from the company Vaillant aro THERM 85/3 with uniTower
(incl. 190 L domestic hot water tank).
Underfloor heating completely installed with insulation. On the ground and upper floors.
Heating circuit distributor per floor surface-mounted (depth to the wall 14 cm)
Heating pipes are made of plastic.
The entire heating system is adapted to the planned room allocation.
Drain pipes HAT pipes inside the house as well as in KG pipes under the house up to the outer edge of the foundation.
Cold water system starts from the water meter plant of the utility company inside the house. The sizing is done according to DIN.
All water pipes are laid in plastic to the fixtures.
Selectable standard ceramics: Keramag Series Renova No. 1 or Vigour Series Clivia (Villeroy and Boch)

shower head
Bathroom radiator (towel holder) white (600 x 1200) in the bathroom, slightly curved for wall mounting, with
middle connection incl. valve block and thermostat head as well as piping and insulation, delivery and
installation, piping from bottom out of the floor and connection to the supply temperature of the
underfloor heating

I have upgraded to a BAFA subsidy-eligible air-water heat pump (Vaillant 75/6 Arotherm Plus) with descaling system (Grünbeck SoftliQ:SD18) and controlled residential ventilation (recoVair 360/4) for a total of just under 19,000 EUR.
The total offer for the BAFA application was approx. 35,000 EUR (so only for heat pump and ventilation system without underfloor heating and sanitary).
I don’t know if you can somehow extrapolate from that.
I found indications online of around 10,000 EUR for underfloor heating and around 8,000 EUR for sanitary installation. But I want to inquire further here to get a better feeling.

Thanks and best regards

Tolentino

I did most of your stuff myself and had the following costs:

Heat pump Viessmann split air-water heat pump: 7,200 EUR
Underfloor heating on staple plate, 1.4 km aluminum composite pipe, 2 heating circuit distributors + accessories: 2,600 EUR
Insulation under underfloor heating: 1,200 EUR
Sanitary fixtures (bathroom with toilet, shower and tub, guest toilet with shower, faucets, each without sinks or cabinets): 4,900

Each purchased in the first half of 2019

Ok, crazy. But you’re actually not allowed to do that, right? At least in Berlin, all connections related to drinking water must be carried out by a certified installer. Or did you have one who basically only did the house connection and just inspected the rest, so to speak?

Only the water meter was installed here by the city, we did everything else ourselves. Nothing else was checked either. However, I am in BW and my father is a trained plumber.

I skimmed through it and basically I just need to remove my controlled residential ventilation to give you a figure. My offer is 3 years old. I guess you'll end up somewhere around €35-40k including installation. Don’t make the mistake of searching for prices online, that will only make you unhappy.

No, I won’t do it. So heat pump and sanitary installation with all pipes, etc. but without [Kontrollierte-Wohnraumlüftung]. Ok, that’s also roughly what I would have estimated. Thanks!
