Hello,
we bought an apartment and now want to renovate the bathroom. This means we will remove everything ourselves, leaving only the bare connections and bare walls.
Then a craftsman would have to retile the floor (4 sqm), tile the walls about 3/4 high (about 14 sqm). Close up the bathtub (brick it in?). A connection must be made to a heating pipe that runs on the plaster to the next room, and a towel radiator must be connected to it. A piece of heating pipe must be laid through the wall into the kitchen and a radiator connected there (lay about 50 cm of pipe). In addition, the bathtub, the washbasin, and the gas boiler must be reconnected.
So, now my question: who does all this together? Just a plumbing company, or do I need a tiler separately? And if I were to post this on my-hammer, could you give me an approximate guideline for what I should set as a starting price? How many hours does a professional need for all this?

Somehow I couldn't continue writing, sorry, so I know exact details are not possible, but since I have no idea about the subject at all, I just wanted to have a very rough guideline. Thank you very much, Best regards Ohneahnung

Get quotes from 2-3 companies, then you'll know.
Craftsmen prices vary regionally in Germany so much that anything between €1000 and €10,000 is possible here.

A rough estimate for us is between €40 and €60 /sqm for the tiler. Especially for such small jobs, it often gets a bit more expensive... or it's difficult to find anyone at all.

MyHammer I would not recommend for all these jobs. Tiling yes, but if MyHammer, then only let a specialist company do it, not an "all-rounder" :)

Here in the forum, I think no one can guess the price.

Take someone from your region, ask other residents, acquaintances, etc. Just have one recommended to you, that's the best way to go. With someone like that, you can also negotiate the price quite well.
