Hello everyone,
I am new here and would like to briefly present my concern.
We are planning an extension with the following size:
Usable area: 24.35 sqm
It is an extension of a living area, so no sanitary pipes.
The building application has already been prepared by an architect and sent to the responsible building authority.
The facade as well as the cladding should be made of wood.
A pitched roof is to be made.
Furthermore, two windows should be installed, a standard 100 x 120 and a large, non-opening panoramic window.
I am only interested in the costs up to the completion of the extension.
Interior finishing such as floor, walls (drywall or similar), wallpaper, painting, etc. will be done by myself.
Heating pipes and necessary electrical lines should be installed.
I have added two scans from which the cross-section and the front view can be seen.
