Hello,
I have found a calculator that tells me that a house demolition costs about 20,000 euros. The property to be acquired from 2003 is obviously a major botched construction that would be available for purchase. To negotiate with the current sellers, it would be good for me to know whether hazardous waste could also be involved. With a 150-year-old house, you have to expect that. With a relatively new house as well? The question arises because it is always said that new construction is environmentally friendly. The house has approximately 150 sqm of living space with a basement.
