Hello,
I have received an offer for an electrical installation.
The house is approximately 180m².
LED spots are to be wired on the ground floor and upper floor.
Is the price for this installation okay?

I find it rather expensive... I paid about 5k€ for a similar scope (a few more sockets and network outlets, but no video intercom system) as a DIY job, including an electrician for the control cabinet and inspection. In addition, here the hourly wage is listed separately, something I would never sign. "Yes, it was a bit more difficult than expected, the master had to do this and that and anyway blah blah," suddenly 120 hours are billed and you can't do anything about it... The hourly wage belongs in the individual items.

I would also consider the price as OK given the current market situation

Yes, it is not necessarily cheap, but OK.

Labor costs have already been mentioned. Some individual items are indeed a bit expensive. For example, the entire SAT system, but since it is a mixed calculation, it is hard to say whether anything can be saved there.

Also, the presence detectors are in my opinion slightly too expensive, including installation, as for 1.1m it will not be presence detectors but rather simple automatic switches.

It would be interesting to know where you come from. For the south rather affordable, for the rest of Germany rather expensive.

Why labor costs and materials are separated would be interesting to know.
