we are planning to build a house with a granny flat. Now I have found a beautiful house that exactly matches my ideas.
The source of the house is from the company Amex. Just for your information.
I do not receive any response from them. For whatever reason.
I do not have to build with them anyway. I was just more interested in getting ideas.
Now my question is, how much would such a turnkey house approximately cost?
The total living area is about 227 m2.
We do not have high demands.
Our budget is 300,000 euros/25 years / installment 1200 € monthly.

Your budget is nowhere near enough

Better look for old two-family houses and gradually bring them up to date. Depending on the region, you might find something for the money. 300k is already tight for a new build. For a two-family house, it's impossible without a lot of discipline and own contribution. With €1200 monthly, under good conditions, you can also get a loan of €400,000 with 2% repayment. Provided you mean your €1200 as pure repayment without additional costs.

I do not see it as unfeasible.
