Cost for a regular awning?

I’m putting this topic in the "Baupreise" section since I couldn’t find a suitable subforum.

We have already moved into our new townhouse and are currently looking for an awning, as a pergola unfortunately is not possible due to a fire department parking area in the building plans.

We received an offer from the company Heim und Haus, which has been manufacturing and selling awnings for over 50 years. It is an electrically operated semi-cassette awning measuring 4.5m by 3.5m projection. After negotiation, the total cost would be 2600 euros gross including installation. Is that an expensive or a good price?

There are ones on the internet that can do much more but cost significantly less (full cassette, with LED, etc.)

We don’t want something very cheap, so the question is what should we definitely pay attention to?

We had our awning fabric replaced in 2020 in a similar size and paid about 1000 EUR including installation. We were told that a completely new electric awning costs about 1,500 EUR. So that seems about right.

current offer: Nova Hüppe Novetta Plus F (closed cassette), E-motor and switch 300x250 including installation €4,860. I was quite taken aback by that.
