Cost estimation construction project

Hello everyone,

after I have now read up on many topics and become active in some respects, the overall calculation with the following key data begins:

We are building north of Bremen in Lower Saxony ([Landkreis OHZ]).

Plot (500 sqm): 44,000,-
Soil survey report: 1,000,-
Land register: 2,000,-
Surveying: 2,500,-
Notary: 900,-
Property transfer tax (in [Nds.] 4.5%): 1,980,-
Earthworks (filling/compacting): 10,000,-
Drainage facilities: 2,000,-

House (130 sqm, KfW70): 205,000,-
Floor coverings attic (in [EL]): 3,500,-
Walls prepare and whitewash (in [EL]): 5,000,-
Kitchen: 10,000,-
Other furniture (lamps etc.): 4,000,-
Double garage (in [EL]): 10,000,-

Ditches/house connections: 10,000,-
Other planning costs (TGA): 2,000,-
Garden (lawn, beds, planting): 3,000,-
Fencing: 5,000,-
Paving (driveway, garage, terrace - in [EL]): 5,000,-
Construction electricity, wastewater, insurances: 5,000,-
Other incidental costs: 5,000,-

currently assumed total investment: 336,880,- €

Reserves for unforeseen expenses are available in addition. Have I forgotten something, estimated too low/high etc.? Please write me your experiences/opinions. Further information about the construction project available on request of course as well.
