Cost estimate renovation single-family house

we have purchased a single-family house (built in 1969, 150m² living space) and now want to completely renovate it. We have looked into the KfW programs and either 55 (EE) or 70 (EE) should be used. (Depending on the price difference)

We need to carry out the following measures:

Is there a current estimate of the price per square meter we can expect, possibly differentiated between KfW 55 (EE) and KfW 70 (EE)?

You write "completely renovate" and then half is missing. Interior plaster? Bathrooms? Exterior plaster is necessary with external insulation! Water pipes? Roof? Interior doors?

Gives a range of approx. €190k - approx. €255k and you can see from this that your information is not sufficient.

Example floor: Vinyl or parquet? Makes a quick price difference of €10k.
Example windows: Aluminum windows or plastic? Venetian blinds? Sliding doors?
Example photovoltaics: How big? With or without storage?
What are your general requirements? Low budget? Medium standard? Upscale? Luxury?

If you list everything a bit more detailed, you will surely get better help. :)

This does not work if you want to use the KfW loan. For this, an energy consultant must calculate which measures are necessary for the house in order to achieve the corresponding efficiency house level.
The thickness of the corresponding insulation determines the price. Since individual initial conditions exist for all houses, no flat m2 prices can be given here.

I also don't see the roof listed anywhere here? Is it insulated?
For the EE standard, you also need a central ventilation system (9,000-13,000).
Disposal costs are also missing.
