Hello everyone,
we have purchased a single-family house (built in 1969, 150m² living space) and now want to completely renovate it. We have looked into the KfW programs and either 55 (EE) or 70 (EE) should be used. (Depending on the price difference)
We need to carry out the following measures:
Is there a current estimate of the price per square meter we can expect, possibly differentiated between KfW 55 (EE) and KfW 70 (EE)?
